The staff were excellent throughout our stay . The Manager set an excellent example.. The buffet breakfast, was very good, plentiful with good variety. Rooms were spotless, tidy and comfortable.. Good bus service into town.

this hotel was being renovated but is caused no problems. the staircase was temporary up to the room. the room was modernised and the bed turned round from usual lay out. this was very good and gave much more space with the TV on the wall also. the manager was excellent.

Easy check in service. We enjoyed having some extras like soap and towels, some coffee. Room size was perfect with VERY comfortable beds. They also served a good breakfast.

Absolutely beautiful and cosy, comfortable bed, very clean, environmentally friendly soaps. They had left a hand written message to welcome us. 6 minutes drive from the magical center of Annecy. Near the highway, very easy to find. Private parking in front of the room. Nit breakfast.

It wasn’t too far to walk from the old town if you’re fit but the bus was an easy option. Staff were very helpful and obliging. The bed was very comfortable and our room was quiet. Free parking outside the rooms.

Comfy beds and pillows and really good breakfast choice. Very nice staff. We arrived in the hotel about 6 hours earlier before the planned check in time and we were allowed to use our room and facilities.

Onsite parking and close to motorway and free bus into town but beware people with mobility issues as quite a distance to walk to catch the bus.

Rooms were clean and easy to commute to city centre. Absolutely free parking with enough spaces is a massive advantage. Breakfast was amazing and worth for paying it. The people at the hotel were so kind and friendly.
